Since the foundation of our first Executive Language Training Centre in Milan in 1979, Real Training Solutions has evolved into an organisation that serves not only the entire Italian national territory, but also many western European markets through our network of accredited partner schools.

They are all qualified to teach their respective mother tongues as a foreign language and have a minimum of 2 years' teaching experience following their training course. Devising a tailor-made, cost effective training programme entails a multi-stage process. The implementation process consists of 4 main steps:
- Common European Framework Level System
RTS and the client company establish the target level for each and every trainee according to their job function.
- Language test
Trainees are tested to establish linguistic proficiency.
- Needs analysis
Needs are analysed to establish the linguistic context of the programme (training plan).
- Training plan
Target levels, programme content and time required to close linguistic gap are formalised.
